One document, sent once, however many people have to sign it. A contract going to four signatories is one request, not four. You are charged for documents you send, never for signatures collected.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You cannot send new documents until the month rolls over or you move up a plan. Nothing already sent is affected — links stay live, people can still sign, and signed documents stay downloadable forever. A plan limit will never invalidate an agreement somebody has already made.
Do the people I send to need to pay, or sign up?
Neither. They click the link, read the document, sign it in the browser and close the tab. They never create an account and never see a price.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. Five documents a month, with the audit trail, the signed PDF and the retained original all included. If that is all you need, that is all you ever have to use.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your settings. Upgrades apply immediately. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops — we do not bill you again, and we do not refund part-months.
What happens to my documents if I stop paying?
You drop to the free plan. Every document you have already sent stays where it is and stays downloadable; you simply go back to five new requests a month. We do not hold finished agreements hostage.
Do you charge for storage?
No. Documents and their audit trails are kept for as long as your account exists, on every plan.
What is in Enterprise?
SSO, custom retention policies, a custom domain for signing pages, and a contract with terms your procurement team has read. Priced per organisation — write to support@tsukuba-tech.com.
