Your documents
just got smarter.
e-Tanzz doesn’t just move PDFs around — it reads them. Everything below is optional, and signing works completely without any of it.
Before you send
Document check
The mistake is rarely the signature.
It is sending last month's version, or a draft with the client's name spelled two different ways, or a contract that references an attachment nobody attached. e-Tanzz reads the document before it leaves and tells you what it found.
You can send anyway. It is a second pair of eyes, not a gate — and it is looking for the things that are tedious to check rather than the things that need judgement.

For the signer
Plain-language summary
People sign things they have not read.
That is not carelessness, it is eleven pages of clauses on a phone. When your document opens, the person signing gets a short summary of what it actually says and the terms that matter — the total, the dates, the notice period.
It sits above the document, not instead of it. The point is to get somebody to the parts worth reading, not to save them from reading.

Ask the document
Answers from this document. Nowhere else.
Ask a question in plain words and get an answer drawn only from the pages in front of you. If the document does not say, the answer is that the document does not say — it will not fill the gap from general knowledge about contracts.
Available to you and, if you allow it, to the person signing. A client who can get their own question answered at midnight is a client who signs at midnight instead of emailing you on Monday.
“When is the final payment due?”
On completion of the project.
“Can I cancel early?”
With 30 days' written notice, per clause 9.
“Is this a good deal?”
Not something e-Tanzz will answer.
When it matters
Contract comparison
What changed since the last version.
Upload the version you sent and the version that came back, and e-Tanzz lists what is different in terms rather than in tracked changes — payment moved from 50% to 30% upfront, the term doubled, the notice period changed.
The single highest-risk moment in agency work is signing the copy a client 'made a small tweak to'. This is that moment, with the tweaks listed.

What it will
never do
e-Tanzz AI tells you what a document says. It does not tell you what to do about it.
It will not tell you a contract is fair, safe, or worth signing. It will not advise you to accept or reject terms, and it is not a substitute for reading the document or for a lawyer when one is warranted. It can be wrong, and it can miss things — treat it as a careful second reader, not as a verdict.
Your documents are yours
Document text is sent to the Tanzz Intelligence gateway only when you use one of these features, and only to produce the answer you asked for. We do not use your documents to train models. Results are stored against the document so the same analysis is not run twice, and deleting the document deletes them.
How this works in detail →Available from Solo.
The document check comes with Solo; asking questions and contract comparison come with Pro. Signing itself — with the full audit trail — is free forever and needs none of it.
